SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

All purchases and sales are final. No returns or size changes after shipment. If you receive the wrong size or wrong product, we are more than happy to help. We are not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting USPS for more information. 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • All items are PREMADE and ready to ship during each drop

  • Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days

SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping on all United States orders is FREE

  • Shipping on international orders is calculated at checkout

ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a confirmation email after ordering

  • You can track their orders using the tracking numbers sent to their email

WRONG SIZE DELIVERED

  • If your item comes in the wrong size, we are fully responsible for this error and will ensure that we reach a compromise. 
  • Upon receiving proof that your item is the wrong size, we will ship you the correct size immediately without charge (if the correct item and size is in stock). We will also provide you with a free return label for the wrong-size garment as well as a full refund. 
  • If the correct item and size are not in stock, you will be granted a 100% off coupon for one item of your choice. This is truly a last resort, and we hope this does not happen. 

COURIER ERRORS

  • After packages are deposited at the post office, they are officially out of our hands. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Errors on behalf of USPS are out of our hands. 

INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • If you enter the incorrect address and we ship your item(s) to this place, we are not responsible for this. We only ship to the addresses that you input when you place your order.
